The Cotman Watercolour range offers a more uniform consistency compared to the Artists’ Watercolour range, making it easier for beginners to use without needing to understand the nuances of each individual pigment. Hooker’s Green Dark is a rich dark green with a blue tint. A mixed pigment colour, it was originally created by 19th c English botanist illustrator William J Hooker.
